In 1995, the corporation began concentrating on second trust deeds for home improvement and debt consolidation at which time Orion Pacific Mortgage Investors, Inc., changed its name to Windsor Capital Mortgage Corporation, maintaining Orion Pacific as a d.b.a. The majority of seconds originated under WCMC are FHA Title I, Equity 2nds, and the 125% LTV loan. It was at this point that WCMC began funding second trust deeds under its own name.

WCMC is an approved FHA Title I and Title II lender with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
